Land & Co. and The Preserve at Woodfield is proud to sponsor the DSAWM who has been supporting and sharing knowledge with other families since 1985. Through the years, the focus of DSAWM is to advocate, increase public awareness, and distribute information regarding Down Syndrome. The DSAWM serves twelve counties in West Michigan: Allegan, Barry, Ionia, Kalamazoo, Kent, Mecosta, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana, Ottawa and Van Buren. The membership is comprised of over 300 individuals
