To our valued residents and future residents,

During the threat of coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to reach to everyone to ensure that you are aware of our current practices highlighted below. We are receiving information throughout and will update these practices based on recommendations from the local, state, and federal governments.

Leasing and Business Offices

Starting July 1st, each property office will have a maximum occupancy based on the leasing office size.

  • A Green Sign will indicate that we have staff available to assist.
  • A Red Sign will indicate that you must wait in your vehicle until the sign is swapped to a Green Sign.
  • Social Distancing will be required.
  • We require that you wear a face-covering or mask.

Communication

We recommend communication through email, phone, and the resident portal available on landcoapartments.com, but we are available in the office as well.

Maintenance & Health Concerns

To ensure the health of our staff upon calling in a service request you may be asked some of the following questions:

  • Are you or anyone in your apartment ill or have been ill recently?
  • If you/occupants are ill is it contagious?
  • Have you/occupants traveled out of the country recently or been in direct contact with who has?

You may elect not to answer these questions and we will make alternative arrangements for your request which may cause delays in its completion.

If a resident or occupant in the apartment is diagnosed with the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19/2019-nCoV) we ask that you contact the office immediately. Our staff will work closely with the Local Health Department and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to take the appropriate measures of containment and remediation.
